Wanting to stay close to Midland, they relocated to the former Hang Time Sports Complex. This existing 89,000 SF facility, contained eight full size basketball courts and support spaces. We worked closely with the owner to transform the structure into a state of the art printing company. In addition to transforming the former space to contain printing, packaging and office spaces, we also added a 4,900 SF shipping and receiving bay to improve produce movement.
Case Architecture assisted the owner with redesigning the facade of an otherwise non-descript entrance. This addition will provide for additional office and staff support spaces while providing a modern exterior and focal point to reflect the companies success as an automotive part supplier.
Learn MoreWhat started out as a dream to provide a facility for the local children to play basketball, evolved into one of the finest "Community Centers" in the area offering so much more.
