The existing clinic was bordered by railroad tracks to the north, a public park to the west and city street to the south. By building a new replacement physicians clinic on the opposite side of the existing parking lot, we were able to utilize the existing clinic for uninterrupted patient care. Upon completion of the new clinic, the hospital removed the outdated building and donated the land to the City of Elkton for additional park grounds. The new 4,015 SF clinic houses four exam rooms, one procedure room, staff and support spaces in addition to a full basement for storage and an apothecary pharmacy.
