Designed to maintain continuous operation throughout construction, we worked closely with the owner to renovate the existing 3,000 SF bank while adding 1,100 SF of front entrance and office space. The resulting facility allowed Independent Bank to maintain its customer base throughout construction while modernizing an old and tired building.
